So I am hoping today is the first day.
The first day of a new start?
New image really.
I'm always the 'fat' girl and that HAS to change.
I know the main problem is the food I eat. I eat looooads. Enough for all of you put together. It's disgusting.

So does anyone have any advice? I know I need to cut down on food, a whole lot of it. But how much?
Do I take it gradually? Cut bits out slowly...?
I don't even know anything... i'm disgusting.
