  <description>&amp;nbsp;So I am hoping today is the first day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first day of a new start?&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;New image really.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;m always the &apos;fat&apos; girl and that HAS to change.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I know the main problem is the food I eat. I eat looooads.&amp;nbsp;Enough for all of you put together. It&apos;s disgusting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just&lt;br /&gt;Disgusting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So does anyone have any advice? I know I need to cut down on food, a whole lot of it. But how much?&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do I take it gradually? Cut bits out slowly...?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don&apos;t even know anything... i&apos;m disgusting.</description>
